What is LCD Therapy?
The Lumbar Cervical Decompression (LCD) Spinal Care System is an FDA-approved method of relieving pain and disability by repairing damaged spinal discs and reversing nerve degradation.

Following examination by the chiropractor, a computer-controlled device gently distracts (pulls very slightly apart) your spinal discs.  This decompression of the discs lets oxygen and blood flow into affected areas to speed up healing and relieve pain.  Distraction Manipulation provides the following benefits:

  1. It increases the intervertebral disc height to remove tension from the disc fibers and nerve by making more room and improving circulation.

  2. It allows the nucleus pulposus (the center of the disk) to assume its central position within the disc fibers and relieves irritation of the spinal nerve.

  3. It restores normal motion to vertebral joints.

  4. It improves posture and locomotion while relieving pain, improving body functions, and creating a state of well-being.

Clinical studies report that many patients with chronic pain experience dramatic relief immediately.

If your connection is DSL or cable, you can download in ten seconds a video which describes more completely the LCD Spinal Care System.  If you have a dial-up connection, the wait time might be as long as two minutes.  Click here to view the video.
